Vera is always excellent. This day the computers were down and she took the time to talk to me about previous visits for a similar issue and what has worked best in the past. She did not recommend medications just to give me medications, she explained why she was giving me one certain med and not another.

Out of the 3 times I've seen my PCP ( NP) the second time she spent less than a minute with me. The third time she spent only about 2 minutes. Completely unacceptable!

Dr. Ogembo is very nice. She means well. But, I think she isn't an effective doctor. I rarely feel safe in her hands. Her check of me seemed rushed. I really think she just relies on blood tests and urine tests - and less on the "physical" test. That bothers me. She's horrible at timely responses to portal messages. She often feels scolding in her delivery.
